The MLMS service includes:

Monitoring and costing of all entertainment activities and equipment.

• Collation of information required for PRS, PPL and VPL licences.
• Completion of all forms and documentation.
• Liaising with suppliers of music and equipment to investigate and obtain a detailed and accurate breakdown of music usage.
• Negotiating with licensing authorities to establish correct tariffs.
• Production of weekly management information and reports to help companies control costs.
• Assisting clients with budgeting and cash flow forecasting.

And all for one fixed, predictable service fee, which is paid monthly, in arrears.
